He has worked at a boutique executive search firm and led talent acquisition at a high-growth SaaS company that doubled headcount and tripled ARR in 2.5 years. He has partnered closely with Venture Capital and Private Equity firms across multiple portfolios to help build and scale high-performing teams. Prior to working in executive search, Jared spent five years playing professional soccer in Major League Soccer. He played for the Colorado Rapids and the Houston Dynamo, winning the 2018 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, and was selected 33rd overall in the 2014 MLS SuperDraft. Jared is a graduate of Wake Forest University and completed his MBA while finishing his professional soccer career.
